Hello,
I’m Neil McLeod, the new kid on the block in the Church in the
Woottons. I’m an Essex boy having lived there for 44 years before
heading to college in Bristol. God has led me back over to the eastern
side of England to the Woottons. Before training for ministry I was a
project manager for an IT company, which took me across the UK and
mainland Europe.
I used to
swim competitively. I’m still trying to make time to get to the pool in
town. I have a great sense of humour and have varied interests such as
cinema, reading crime novels, theatre and some walking (on the flat – I
don’t do hills!) I like to read American superhero comics too. I enjoy
cooking; risottos are my current favourite meal to explore. I look
forward to exploring the villages and the Norfolk coastline.
This is
where God has led me, and I’m passionate about allowing people to
encounter the risen Christ wherever they are. He’s not just in the
church buildings. The great thing is that it doesn’t matter who you
are, what you’ve done or are doing – Jesus loves you. I’d love to be
able to help you meet him. I’m happy to chat to you about things over a
cup of tea or a pint. |
