Services

In August the churches of All Saints North Wootton, St Mary’s South Wootton and Café Church will be gathering together for a series of united services across the month.  Each service will incorporate a different style of worship and it would be great to see you there to worship alongside us. There will be a service of Holy Communion every Sunday at 8 o’clock which, as usual, will move from church to church.  There will be no evening services during the month. All Saints', North Wootton EVERY Sunday 10.00am at All Saints, Manor Road, North Wootton  A weekly service which: Is newcomer friendly Is a blend of fun an seriousness Is followed by tea, coffee and cold drinks Is child-friendly Has lively music and singing Has a crèche if your young child needs it Is informal Lasts under an hour Uses modern methods of communications Gives space to people without children Gives parents time off 3 times a week when children go to groups Has time for reflection Or you can come to: South Wootton Café Church  1st & 3rd Sundays 10.00am in South Wootton Village Hall, Church Road, South Wootton  Come and relax in our friendly Sunday morning coffee bar. If you have family, bring them too - there are activities for the kids. Enjoy the music, the prayers and the thought for the day.   Join in discussion, if you wish to.  The Café Church: Is newcomer friendly Is informal Is child-friendly Lasts under an hour Is creative and fun Uses Modern Methods Is on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month Includes refreshments   St Mary’s South Wootton EVERY Sunday 10.00am at St Mary’s Church, Church Lane, South Wootton   Come and enjoy the services at St Mary’s. You have a choice of  beautiful Sung Eucharists from the modern Prayer Book (with the choir), Mattins from the Old Prayer Book or Morning Service from the modern Prayer Book (see below). St Mary’s:  Welcomes newcomers Has traditional hymns Welcomes those not wishing to take the bread and wine in Communion either to remain seated or to come to the rail for a blessing. Welcomes full members of other denominations to take Communion Has time for reflection Has wheelchair access Has toilet facilities (including disabled) Includes refreshments
